I am very happy with the service I received from JP's Door and Scrap. I was referred to them by my neighbor when my torsion spring broke. I called and left a message in the morning, Jake called me back mid-day and was finishing up my repair by late afternoon. Very quick service at a reasonable price. I'd highly recommend them.

One of our garage doors came off the track today so I called JP's Door and Scrap and explained my issue to Jake. He said he would be able to come by at about 5PM. He showed up on time and was able to diagnose the issue and resolve the issue in a couple hours. This has been a great experience. Jake was very professional and knowledgeable. Thank You Jake. Was waiting to get through winter till I needed my lawn mower as well as waiting to find someone with reasonable prices for my torsion springs to be replaced. I left and email to get a quote at about 3pm Jake called me within 15 minutes of that email and quoted me about $30-$50 cheaper then the other repair companies all so said he could come and get my repair done with in the next two hours compared to the couple days another companies had told me. Will use this company any time I need my garage door serviced again.

I'm a business owner and wanted to reflect my thoughts and assessment of JP'S Door And Scrap. They replaced two garage door assemblies that I had for 30 years.I was really impressed with the quality in not only workmanship but also the quality to make everything right even if it took extra time. I would recommend anyone looking to have garage door work performed, they go with this company...I was so impressed if they decide to venture out into other areas of home improvement, I would be the first one to hire them on the spot..It's really refreshing to contract work out and feel when the project is complete you make sure you put this contractors contact information in a safe place... Everything about our experience with JP's was fantastic. The scheduling of the visit was very simple, all done via text message, and he was very flexible. He was communicative as to when he'd be here and was on time. Jake was very friendly and knowledgeable and addressed all my my questions with thorough answers and a smile. I will call him again any time I have an issue with my garage door and will recommend anyone else do the same.

Starting with his scheduling and response to our needs, Jake quickly diagnosed and resolved our very problematic garage door issues. What could have been an overhead door replacement turned out to be a much more cost efficient and thorough tuneup with several replacements parts. Our garage door sounds and runs like a brand new door only quieter!! Highly recommend! He is fantastic!

Any question I asked was answered thoroughly and knowledgeably. The quote was very close to the final bill and reasonable for the job. He didn't just address the issues at hand (out of level door that won't move), but set it up better than it was initially, and inspected my other door.

The estimate was strictly adhered to, even when additional actions were needed. Door opener ended up better than new.

He was thorough, great attention to detail, and knowledgeable to the problems and solutions. He fixed the issues and explained what he was doing, as well as being patient with my questions and conversations. He made sure everything was working correctly before he left. His prices were beyond reasonable for the amount of work he did. I will most definitely refer my family, friends, and neighbors to him when needed. He will be my only call if I have additional needs for service and repair.

Jake showed up at my house at 8pm to fix my garage door springs so that I could get my truck out of my garage to go the work the next day. He worked until 10:30 pm until the springs were fixed and the entire door and opener were adjusted and working perfectly. Great work by a hardworking good guy!
